I am no education inspector, but in relation to the title will now mark and give feed back to training provider, on this occasion named the college by its previous name YEP that's how old I am... 

So Wygeston Collegiate  mentor allocated asked for feed back last week 

Who's name will be spelt as "MarkUs"

End of business study class, I said am going quick visit to the loo, he said going to get paper. He came back with another tutor.

Scanned on his mobile phone my , information system certificate, the  grade D I tend towards ignoring,  its existent.

I don't consider myself a remarkable student, but definitely re-Mark-able.

So I tried to give the feed back of the first idiot apprentice blog post, a bit confused with the diary bit, and ensuring  joining the trade union they were like that's  optional ... But considering my predicament would have been a ruddy good thing.

 The "MarkUs"  still wanted his feed back, to which I apologised saying I am not calm enough give one. I am not about to give heads up on covering your tracks.

And on the spot was given ultimatum that I decide there and than to complete the college course, if I say no now the option will not be open. 

To get out of there quickly  said YEP again,  am expected tomorrow in class.

But did not neglect to get the name of person/email address  to make a complaint too.

so the feedback :

The MarkUs spent more time being Danny boy with thy  managers. In fact might be better to get feedback from them.

When I asked MarkUs to attend  5/1/17  the get rid of you meeting 

His response "he cannot not attend as a neutral party between my self and employer/organisation."

I naturally walked off, as he was with another student... Like what was there to hang about for?

Everyone advice talk to your tutor /mentor

So My last meeting in work place with MarkUs, In the workplace canteen, 

Tried to riddle out of being my mentor. 

Finally what appears to be the crust of apprentice role offered telephone training... This particular unit does say 20 hours guided training. Like this sh/could have been done way back in November.

Planted the idea of resigning or mentioned it the second time

I asked for the marks of previous units completed  instead sat there with laptop nit picking my course work in front of me,  so I had to remind him that I did email him, I had lost laptop mouse so was unable edit or grammar spell check, what can I say old school .... What MarkUs did there I would term that as undermining me.

Questions me on why I did unit 11 Am like i didn't choose unit 11 you did plus managers did.  At that point I was frustrated, cold,  put off with the meeting. And in true style in line with what thy  mangers    Been saying and MarkUs parroted "my body language, tone did not match that of a professional ..." Well duh that's what I came to learn.

During this conversation I was  asked if I was happy here.  By the time MarkUs asked the fourth time I pointed out that you've  already ask me three times  and now my reply will be "no comment."  To which he reacted and said I am being un professional ... Darn sure best response to everything is no comment

When filling in personal question  form at the college place 

asked at the  any physical /mental disabilities I wish to declare  

I ticked the box prefer not to say , started telling me I should have said yes 

Thought back really what pastoral support could college have given  in 37.5 hour working week; where college is attended once  every two weeks?

Any further comments from me ? Hell yes

Beside  this neutral party gave excellent support to thy managers.  For example I was on sick leave, informed MarkUs although I wasn't there. He still came in to see thy managers, 

At the last meeting met thy manager 9.15am my meeting with him 10.00 am,  so I waited for MarkUs at main reception, didn't show up till 10.30am.

Beside when I asked how I should approach managers on blatant error on my performance review ... Not very helpful.

Idiot apprentice guide part 2

 
I  may indeed have been the first to be told to sign apparently the correct apprentice  job contract( as one signed with manager did not basically have the probationary period& fix 1 year )  

so the correct one doesn't tell me how I go about resigning, yet went on in great detail how they can get rid of me.

In short if I didn't demo gross incompetency  I would been enslaved to them for an apprentice wage 😆😋

Not only did they not send  it in the post,  so they emailed it to me at work.
when I looked at  it on the excellent features of windows 10 word  on the work computer (at home although laptop installed windows 10 Microsoft windows  is windows 3) ,

still I wanted to be sure the terms and conditions were the same as those that started with me.

HR refused on grounds mine was unique to me

Have not bothered  with grammar  / spelling so will have to excuse that for the time being

Guide lines for parents or guardians  of young apprentices/  or the newbie lot like myself.

Make sure the contract is correct  especially in large organisations, blunders can still be made.
such as missing  probationary period. study your contract like you would English literature and its implied meaning, even dumb ones.

Research into which qualification are transferable
Remember to not only to check for  which certificates are required  English,  Maths which  are obvious and asked for. But don't over look  if you have level 2 g.c.s.e  D/E in computing/ information system . Even if you have later on got level 3 in computing if not recognised  might not be transferable......


To look up all 60 units unit 6, 11, and 28, at probationary period/

Request to take home any hand out given to read at home and never sign on it on the spot at the end of the day when they have just manage to fit  you in. you have the right to go home and read the hand out, and than choose to sign or not too.

The tutors/ allocated mentor  in college are neutral party, who have a contract with whatever organisation you are employed by and when things go pear shape are not of any practical help.

A 37.5 hour week+   where annual leave  maybe on a rota may mean very hard to get face to face advice even if you are owed loads of annual leave.

To keep personal diary of your working day.  on which you note down  body language, facial expression. this may take some time, as some people will be very good at keeping a professional demeanour. it is also important to note 'inaction' as well as how it makes you feel. including that of your allocated mentor.

As there is very little practical help out there for an apprentice - just make sure to take away all identifiable personal info  taken out.  of colleges/ organisation   remember the data protection  act as well.

than start writing truth stranger than fiction. account  and we will call it 'writing therapy' be as eloquent as ye like, but consistent. your personal work  diary will be well useful here.

and get cheap mug from pound land it will undoubtedly go missing.

Thou Shall or Shall Not ...in 2015

Thou shall … or shall not 

Respond to this year’s in coming energies that maybe testing to one true nature.

Meditate upon the new aims set down for the year slotted in consistent interval through out the year.

From an impartial position  a deep introspective  perspective 

Look for the merits of a quieter life or indeed quieter activities , with achievements more personal to you.

Every goal set, demands energy, to tackle; seen and unforeseen circumstances. In the naturally early stages of anything one sets one heart and mind too…

Follow through on what is important to you, as well what you have taken responsibilities  on  or trusted  upon you through natural cycles of life with grace and humor

Your may hear the inner  call to try  some new challenges.

So be eager; to be impulsive and go right  ahead with what ever grabs your attention.

You may have wished upon a wishing well?? Or similar?   now that wishing well Calls upon you,  the wells of courage that have long waited for you to embark upon challenges’ head on and flow full steam ahead.

Your courageous  or indeed nurturing attitude towards yourself. your own goals inspires others  just by expressing one self.

It would deflective to totally, keep things to yourself, expressing yourself need not be verbal, may even be expressed by wearing more colourful clothes. It is in in the humble expressions  that true admiration lies 

Progress will happen in  leaps and bounds

Accept  to first acquire the state of mind, the natural   state of continual abundance, to know that you will find what you need, typically shows up for you readily.

Remember materials and opportunities  are to be utilised wisely  and not somat to be attached too.

Enjoy the material possessions you have and release  those that have served their  purpose and are no longer useful. 

For those really attached to things, take digital image there you go you have it for life now, probably backed up too!

If that still too hard?…ok  than learn to see and re-imagine its uses and apply 

With knowledge and experience comes the wisdom of natural flow. in all areas in your life

The best form of healing / unwinding  to this year would music, sound healing , mantras.

Be loving cheerfully entertaining,  mingle and  beautify calm . So that others will  enjoy you being about their company.

Every year brings in new people. So like m/anytime before  reading others comes more naturally  than ever… observe, cross reference [if necessary] and keep what you learn  to yourself… modesty indeed prevails 

Be  sure to have all the facets and look at the situations from all sides , before passing even an opinion, look below the surfaces of appearances  and find out what lies underneath.

Than only, taking action, swiftly if needed,  better communication will than, naturally be far more easier.

This year for some be that of wondering yet still concerned with change  with no clear aims in sight… because the beginning is still being formed.

 courage and individuality  and bit of aggressive enthusiasm … what can I  say? It’s a requirement.

So do not overlooked these times, as  marking time for better days. but for your development and spiritual growths - ideal for going  onto classes or group activates that are in line with such development [s] or others choices.

What you learn an acquire  are part of your ‘soul path’ like I said earlier not to be overlooked.

This interim period/ year  be like the sun emerging from  the confusing clouds.

Grandfather and Grandmother , look upon the seasoned Clock, apart the usual  timings of unusual places around the globe, an the not so usual timings  that you could flick on with the shiny gem stones buttons that embellished this rather old out of time grandfather clock 

It indicated it many of it strange visual screens  for instance where planets in the known solar system were located in beneficial alignment or not

At this time chiming away as usual sounds of spring breeze  the chirping of birds and the sounds of yet to be spring new borns  of the animal kingdoms in an orderly fashion and as expected the main clock interface  that gave the daily time , changed from the previous  willow tree

Meanwhile in their well stocked with acres of land that surrounded  the cottage , The cat finally stumbled upon the tree it been trying in vain to  climb for last 3 winters past,  it kept finding the tree shook it off  and no longer under the same tree as it had moved again

“Oh ! looked she’s found the tree again  and oh my the cat got a fruit from the enchanted tree, and has  taken a bite,”
by the time grandfather had got to the enchanted tree  the cat had fallen into deep sleep  while the tree branches wrapped itself gently around the cat so that it wouldn’t fall off.

“Dear” as he dashed in
 “the ca,,,t” stopped almost mid sentence  do you think its boy or girl”
 “ girl dear “ replied grandmother
 “we’ll be needing  that spare bedroom” said Grandfather
Ok I’ll get spare clothes from  the attic” replied  grandmother  thoughtfully

At last check grandmother reported metamorphosing  back into human form exceptionally well and continued their talk on events yet to be


A  knight who had observed the events from a far off distance through  binoculars  shrugged of the eerie feeling as though he too was being watched , this the knight had felt before; however  over  time,  dismissed the notion

These unusual binoculars   obtained some time ago from an old wizards belongings allowed the knight  not only to see long distance but into walls  an on occasion hear. This he found to be  muffled  or hit an miss.
 therefore had not heard anything that was said by the old couple after the cat  been placed in one of small room and on bed too and slowly but surly changing form.

 The knight had also  discovered other  secrets that were scattered around old wizards chambers  the most pressing was a letter from the king  concerning a cat,  weird why would  the king concern himself with a cat ?
and what was that? That  is locked in the chestboard box that was hidden in the cottage  that had been clearly marked out.

all he had been told by the dying wizard  that a cat with distinguished markings will be the key to unlocking  the secret that you hold at your chest, the talisman”
 and with these last  words did not die as expected  but vanished into thin air. . .

Which had always left knight a little uneasy for the talisman to which the old wizard had referred to was something he thought he had kept well hidden from his old wizard


The knight who really was the  apprentice once accidentally stumbled into the wizard’ private chambers while the wizard said he had an important errand to make, as knight {excuse me}  the apprentice  stumbled further into the chambers an image of the holographic tree, caught his attention within it trunk something shone through  to his  surprise became a real object upon touching
And hid it quickly  in his inner chest pocket.

The old Wizard  upon observation of  the tree again at later time noted it was missing than observed the aura of his apprentice with utmost most scrutiny  so he still has this hidden near his chest  that is most interesting. After all them wannabes I may indeed have found the one who returns the kingdom

Which in it self is an understatement It is well known that without the wheels on the car or more

Precisely functional tires that, 

Allows the car to go from destination A to B smoothly

It is nothing more than a a hunk of metal 

no matter how well  endowed

So if the human body can be compared to moving automobile 

Than, where than; are its wheels?

Many will know the answer however for those who don't 

Is the hamster in thy  brain still spinning ?

We humans have   Seven acknowledged wheels better known as meridian or chakra more depending on level or sensitivity, it may or usually, is not be visible to human naked eye, but they continuously spin 

At steady rate regardless

Automobile only function in one dimension, where as the human body's vibrational dimension is so much more!

*unless of course you own a real* chitty chitty bang bang (?) or transformer or that one from knight rider

Even than no real competition.

Even if spinning wheels are in neway punctured or clogged you do not necessarily need go see, human version of mechanic other wise known as "what's up Doc "

Which in it self is quite ingenious

So many ways to keyboard into your selves

Science; at times so busy with human hardware, that software become oblivious
