3 course meal- mindful eating


Menu be open and receptive to the information

The forgoing thought: how will it nourish you/ empower you
Primal energies the question the waiter ask what would u like?
Will you be yielding to the ides and wishes of others [i.e. sharing a dish]?
To follow those before you [example it may require u to eat with your hands /chopsticks- do observe others and follow suit?]
To pay attention & continue conversation/ notice portion and indicator to the portion of main course

Consistent prayer – God the food had better be good

Stay focused at your company before you, to be good-natured and well spoken
At the arrival of the main course you modify by adding extras sprinkling salt pepper better still ketchup
Attunement, are you sensitive to your inner digestive promptings? Meanings are you filling up, if not do order more? /Or in need of second helpings?
Await the unfolding of perfect timing – to call that waiter for your connection

To deserts; to reveal cheerfully you can do without; you are content not to seek further
A natural effortless choice ‘Mmm…’ I fancy both

Final manifestation the finishing of, after dinner mints;
Surface from within – time to leave

The answer you seek
To have shared your hopes, feelings and desires
Sublime success
