Are our structures fit for 21st century?

“Don’t sit back and criticise  the mistakes of others around you. Who are iat the final frontier.
If problems exist which are created by government bosses or organised bodies, be prepared to get involved to make a difference. Be ready to contribute  to changes for the better.”

An effective leader in any political system be it left right or derived from religious origins ..etc, is only as effective  as management of employees or staff

Great global leaders  turn natural territorial tension into value creative energy. His/her inherent  personality qualities, are only present ‘potential’ qualities that may or may not be applied in office.

So what should we look for ? Celebrity appearance? Charisma?
Does it come down to what it is they are being elected to organise and maintain? A utility commerce, welfare of the people

Organisation large/small, new/ mature, local / global require ‘processes’ to succeed. Structures are tools that can ‘change’ whenever circumstances change. Are our structures fit for 21st century?

Needless to say prior to being elected hard to tell how well an individual will succeed. This person is after all in position of power and trust.

So  does it come to the survival of the fittest? If you can stand up/ or out smart your competitors you can lead us?

How about the party agenda’s which upon watching years of news is in some way or another, ever partially completed… or seen to be done.

Do they upon being elected select those who will ‘learn most’, the capacity to make decision centrally/locally and handle human dynamics behaviour, an openness to learn when thing get complex?  Intellectual capacity aside [refer back to yellow ray] most importantly ‘strong’ enough motivation to get results?
