Developing intimacy skills

Intimacy is Latin ‘intumus’ means“inner” or “innermost”.
A person most intimate qualities is a process in which people attempt to get close to each other/one another; to delve into the similarities and differences in the ways that they ‘think’ ‘feel’ and ‘behave.’ [Hatfield (1984)]

One knack is not , just to accept diversity but to take delight in it.
Heartening people  to accept themselves as they are.
Uplifting people to recognise their intimates for what they are

For people to come to  terms, with the fact, that they are entitled to be what they are.
The ability, skill /learning to enjoy others without hoping to *fix them*
Inmates I mean intimates have to learn to be *comfortable* about expressing ideas and feelings.

To be intimate people need to push towards a more honest, graceful, complete and patient communication.
Teaching people  to deal with there intimate reaction.

Inmates sos again intimates have to stop responding to autopilot such as emotional outbursts to quit back up, apologising and measuring their words. To keep on trying.
